Detox Juices - Carrots

Still feeling the effects from the busy time of year or running around after children on school holidays? ��


Take some time out for you to help keep you at your peak daily and give this immunity booster a go!


* 1 lemon

* 2cm slice of ginger

* 3 medium carrots

* 4 stalks of celery

* 4 kiwi fruit

* A handful of parsley


Blend, strain and run at full speed again! ��‍♀️


Kiwi fruit is high in Vitamin C and Vitamin K.


Carrots contain beta - carotene and are high in fibre. They are also a great antioxidant.
